About STEM in Action
STEM in Action is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming STEM education into a stronger pathway for opportunity, leadership, and workforce readiness. We work with schools, communities, researchers, and industry partners to create learning experiences that are engaging, relevant, and connected to the futures students will inherit.
What Makes Us Different
STEM in Action combines program design, implementation, partnership development, and research-informed practice in one mission-driven model. We help connect STEM learning with leadership development, workforce awareness, and community priorities so that students can better understand where their skills can take them.
Our Focus
We focus on career-connected STEM pathways, leadership development, interdisciplinary learning, and opportunities that bridge classroom experiences with military and civilian workforce sectors. Our programs are designed to strengthen student opportunity while helping communities build long-term talent pipelines.
